About the Role
MALMO Healthcare Specialists Ltd is looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team.
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes and within the community. Your role will be to help people maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life while supporting them to achieve their individual goals.

Your Responsibilities
Depending on the needs of the individual you support, your duties may include:
- Providing person-centred care and support
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Supporting individuals to access the community, attend appointments and participate in activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with meal preparation, shopping and household tasks
- Supporting individuals to maintain their independence and develop daily living skills
- Providing medication support in accordance with the individual’s care plan and company procedures
- Following care plans, risk assessments and agreed support strategies
- Completing accurate daily notes and other required documentation
- Promoting dignity, choice, privacy, independence and inclusion
- Recognising and reporting any safeguarding or wellbeing concerns
- Working professionally with families, colleagues and other healthcare professionals

As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals with a range of health and care needs. You will work alongside nurses, healthcare professionals and other members of the care team to promote the health, wellbeing, dignity and independence of the people we support.
This role is ideal for someone who is caring, observant and professional, with a genuine interest in supporting people with their health, personal care and daily living needs.
Your Responsibilities
Depending on the needs of the individual and your level of training and competency, your duties may include:
- Providing person-centred care and support
- Assisting individuals with daily living activities and personal care
- Assisting individuals with washing, bathing, dressing, toileting and other personal hygiene needs
- Supporting individuals with general mobility, transfers and safe positioning
- Supporting with medication management in accordance with the individual’s care plan, company procedures and your level of training and competency
- Taking and recording basic health observations, such as temperature and pulse, where appropriately trained and authorised
- Supporting with weighing and measuring individuals where required
- Observing and reporting changes in an individual’s physical or emotional health and wellbeing
- Supporting with bed linen changes and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment
- Assisting with cleaning, laundry and other household tasks
- Distributing and serving food and drinks
- Assisting individuals with eating and drinking where required
- Preparing snacks, hot drinks and simple meals in accordance with individual preferences and dietary requirements
- Monitoring and supporting adequate nutrition and hydration
- Supporting individuals during supervised contacts, where this forms part of their agreed care plan

About the Role
MALMO Healthcare Specialists Ltd is looking for a professional, compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in ensuring that individuals receive safe, effective and person-centred care. You will work closely with individuals, families, care staff and other healthcare professionals to assess needs, monitor health and wellbeing, and support the delivery of high-quality care.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is confident working independently, demonstrates strong clinical judgement and is committed to maintaining high professional standards.
Your Responsibilities
Depending on the needs of the individuals we support, your duties may include:
- Undertaking nursing and health assessments
- Contributing to the development, implementation and review of person-centred care plans
- Monitoring individuals’ health and identifying changes or deterioration in their condition
- Providing appropriate clinical advice and escalating concerns where necessary
- Supporting safe and effective medicines management
- Reviewing medication records and medication-related practices where required
- Liaising with GPs, pharmacies, community nursing teams and other healthcare professionals
- Supporting individuals with long-term health conditions and complex care needs
- Providing clinical guidance and support to Support Workers and other members of the care team
- Supporting staff with clinical procedures where appropriate
